I am not a gourmet chef. I do not do fancy tricks or use ingredients that I can not pronounce. I am just a simple cook trying my best to get my extremely picky family to eat as healthy as they will allow. In my family alone, we have a vegetarian (will eat fish), 3 picky kids, 1 other kid that eats almost anything and no one but the vegetarian will eat fish. So, dinner at our house can often be a 3 ring circus.
These recipes have all been taste tested by either my immediate family or other family members and have been given the stamp of approval. They are intended to be for the average and everyday cook.
